Brian Chan is the best mortgage officer you could work with. Period. I have dealt with plenty in the past and no one is as attentive, organized and on the ball as Brian. You can txt/ him at ANY TIME with questions and consents and he will find a way to get the job done. He works tirelessly towards your goals. There is so much going on in the background when you apply for a mortgage and he takes care of all just asks you for questions when necessary.
