I will start off by saying that we did not know Brian before we made contact regarding a home loan, however, he came recommended by many different realtors in our area. Upon first contacting Brian he was prompt, informative and realistic. He was clear in his correspondences, always answering our questions with easy to understand answers and provided clear direction and timelines. It was especially nice that all our communication was over email, and he was quick to always respond. It made our experience buying our first home together, pleasant and honestly, stress-free!
