Brian Chan was referred to me by my realtor and I am so glad I went with him last minute. I was already working with a previous loan officer, but was wary about the rate I was given. Brian offered me a lower rate, as well as credit towards my appraisal. We offered our sellers 15 days escrow, I don’t know how he did it, but Brian was able to get everything done and we got our keys in 8 days!!!! He’s super easy and quick with response and explanations for anything I didn’t understand. I highly recommend!
