I went to Danny Velasquez, Jr. after being told “no” by several other lenders. The other lenders never bothered to research my specific situation, but Danny took the time to listen and helped me plan out the refinance, which we closed in less than 3-weeks! I was so impressed with Danny’s excellent communication and outstanding efficiency. Every time I was given a deadline, be it for a document, estimate, appraisal, underwriting, etc., the deadline was met. I never had to chase anyone down!
