To be honest, and Brian Chan is aware of this, I’m extremely weary of lenders, brokers, etc. I have gone through several problematic issues with lenders which failed to close during a contract as well as issues with the lending post close even months after. Not only was Brian up-front and super easy to work with, he is probably the LEAST stressed person I’ve ever met! Brian was always calm and collected, even when things could have gotten crazy. He thinks ahead, understands what the needs are across the entire timeline of a close, and provided worry-free, stress-free interactions repeatedly throughout. His communication is top notch, and I would not hesitate to work with him again. I would highly recommend Brian (and only Brian) as the only broker I would work with going forward as well.
