Greg was completely thorough, communicative, and extremely helpful in both offering a variety of options and talking through scenarios in great detail. He was always patient and thorough in his explanations, as were all his associates and any outside vendors he recommended in order to get the loan we wanted in place. The process was always as he described it, including dates, timing, requirements and alternatives, as needed, in order to get us to close on time, at the rate we wanted and with the proper conditions (insurance, payments, etc) to make us extremely happy at the outcome, even through uncomfortable moments getting there.
